Required Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience maintaining a powerhouse (expert with boilers, air compressors, complicated electrical equipment, etc.)
• Schematics and blueprint reading
• Must live within 50 miles of Syracuse NY

Duties:

• Keep boilers, pumps, motors, and compressors running smoothly

• Test chemicals to keep equipment in top shape

• Take apart tricky machines, fix what’s broken, and put them back together

• Bend, cut, and fit pipes like a pro-torch and all

• Set up and maintain high-pressure steam stations

• Troubleshoot and repair both analog and digital controls

• Read and follow mechanical, electrical, and plumbing diagrams

• Update schedules in the energy management system
