Our team is made up of a couple partners, licensed buyers & showing agents, a director of operations, marketing coordinator. and full time content creator We are highly accomplished and very well respected throughout the industry. The following is what we need in our new director of operations: • You will be the hub of the organization that ensures the smooth execution of all marketing & advertising efforts. • You will be interacting with the CEO & director of operations on a daily basis and you will be a key reason why our brand stays relevant and our properties stay front and center. • You will be a key contributor to the overall success of the team Responsibilities: • Create and Maintain Marketing Content Calendar • Design Marketing Materials • Produce Graphics using products like Canva • Maintain Cohesive Branding across all platforms • Maintain Websites- Update new listings, photos, etc. • Maintain all Open House materials • Create and Maintain Listing and Buyer Presentations/Brochures • Track all Conversion on Social Sites • Develop, track and measure retargeting programs • Blog and post daily on social sites • Produce Monthly newsletter and source material/content for email and snail mail to pc/soi • All Listing Marketing: Photo Shoots, Mailers, Video, Drone, Advertising • Arrange all flyers and marketing materials • Manage all Geo Farm mailings - Design, print, EDDM • Facebook, Google, Instagram Youtube Ads - Create, Run and Analyze • Consistently check all online profiles - Zillow, Realtor.com, Google, Youtube, Linkedin • Manage all social profiles/platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, et al • Design social posts, thumbnails, print materials, flyers, slides, etc. (Canva, Adobe, et al.) • Upload/publish all social posts (videos, photos, captions, optimizations, etc.) • Maintain website (blog entries, featured content, links, etc.) • Manage/collect online reviews (Google My Business, Zillow, et al.) • Develop/maintain Listing/Buyer presentations/packets • Produce/distribute weekly email newsletter. Manage list accuracy • Oversee cross-platform analytics (Google, Facebook, et al.) • Construct/publish social and search digital advertisements (audience targeting/retargeting, PPC, etc.) • Coordinate/complete postcard/mailer distribution • Monitor online reputation/effectiveness (Google Alerts, SenderScore, domain authority, Facebook/Google) • account reprimands, etc. • Promote/manage open houses (virtual-, private-, and public-facing) • Promote/manage events (client parties, community events, sponsorships, etc.) • Oversee all video content (pre-production, production, and post-production) Qualifications: The ideal candidate • Comes with a minimum of 3+ years of real estate marketing experience and has no desire to be an actual real estate agent • Has the ability to perform 95% of the job without any supervision and works well under pressure and critical deadlines • Is obsessed with building a brand and has high attention to detail • Presents strong marketing & advertising skills • Has extraordinary organizational and planning skills • Thinks outside the box of traditional marketing and understands luxury branding • Believes that a team always outperforms an individual Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
