What Does the Job Require?
We’re looking for a full-time General Manager to lead daily operations at our high-volume dealership. You’ll coach department heads across sales, service, finance, and parts to hit ambitious, but realistic, targets. You’ll troubleshoot problems, drive customer satisfaction, and help create marketing strategies that get people in the door and onto machines they love. You’ll review financial statements, maintain inventory control, and build a culture where everyone thrives. If you’ve got three or more years of dealership management experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lead with integrity, we want to talk to you.

What Work Schedule Is Required?
This is a full-time leadership position. You’ll be expected to be available during standard dealership hours and to set the tone for your team through example. Flexibility, availability, and consistency matter here. When you lead well, the rest follows.

Work Location:
You’ll work onsite at our flagship dealership in Springfield Missouri, surrounded by a team that brings energy, professionalism, and passion to every customer interaction.
Education Requirements / Skill:
A degree is great, but not required. What matters is proven leadership experience in a dealership environment, a deep understanding of operations, and the ability to read and act on P&L statements. You must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
