Powersports Sales Associate – Motoplex USA
Motoplex USA is expanding and actively seeking a driven, competitive, and customer-focused PowerSports Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is not a sit-back-and-wait role—this is a front-line sales position for someone who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and winning. You’ll be responsible for delivering a top-tier customer experience from first contact to final handshake, helping customers find the right machine while turning leads into long-term relationships. We provide the tools, training, and support—you bring the hustle.
Sales Associate Responsibilities
Qualify customer needs and match them with the right motorcycle, ATV, UTV, or powersports unit
Engage customers in person, online, and by phone with energy, confidence, and professionalism
Present products, features, and benefits clearly and persuasively
Follow up aggressively and consistently on all leads, appointments, and unsold traffic
Build strong relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
Work closely with F&I, service, and parts to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
Stay sharp on inventory, promotions, financing options, and industry trends
Maintain accurate notes and sales documentation
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Represent Motoplex USA with pride, integrity, and a competitive edge

Previous sales experience preferred (powersports, automotive, or retail strongly valued), but we will train the right closer
Working Conditions:
