This isn’t your average sales job — you’ll spend your day around bikes, ATVs, and side-by-sides, helping fellow riders find their dream machines.

**What You’ll Be Doing
**
Hanging out with riders and helping them pick their next adventure machine
Answering questions about bikes, specs, gear, and financing (basically, talking shop all day)
Building long-term relationships with customers who share your passion
Using our CRM tools to stay connected with leads and past buyers
Negotiating deals and celebrating with customers when they roll out on their new ride
**What We’re Looking For
**
Motorcycle/powersports experience ( M1 license required )
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Prior sales or dealership experience a plus (but not required if you can sell ice to an Eskimo)
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Self-motivated, energetic, and ready to hustle
