Do you eat, sleep, and breathe motorcycles? Want to turn that passion into a career? Our dealership is looking for a high-energy Powersports Sales Representative to join our crew. This isn’t your average sales job — you’ll spend your day around bikes, ATVs, and side-by-sides, helping fellow riders find their dream machines. Competitive, performance-based compensation with typical annual earnings ranging from $75,000 to $150,000.

If you’ve got sales skills, great people skills, and love the powersports lifestyle, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

Hanging out with riders and helping them pick their next adventure machine

Answering questions about bikes, specs, gear, and financing (basically, talking shop all day)

Building long-term relationships with customers who share your passion

Using our CRM tools to stay connected with leads and past buyers

Negotiating deals and celebrating with customers when they roll out on their new ride

What We’re Looking For

Prior sales or dealership experience a plus (but not required)

Outgoing personality with strong communication skills

Self-motivated, energetic, and ready to hustle
