Powin Energy LLC., is a leading producer of a utility scale modular battery energy storage system (complete with a patented, advanced, cloud-based monitoring/control system).     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -

    • Facilitates workforce and planning that includes evaluation of functional business unit needs against market dynamics, competency requirements, organizational design best practices, and gap strategies.
    • Assists functional business leaders to diagnose, analyze and plan for current and future workforce planning & talent needs.
    • Partners closely with business leaders, learning the unique culture of each business unit, and assists CHRO in applying specific change management processes for each.
    • Drives strategic HR initiatives which increase employee engagement, support the business, and evolve the culture.
    • Serves as the program lead for annual performance management, learning and development planning, succession planning, compensation management, etc.
    • Serves as a resource for employees in the resolution of employment-related issues.
    • Diagnoses organizational issues, provides strategic HR advice, and offers up ideas and solutions that significantly improve organizational effectiveness and culture.
    • Collaborates and facilitates the design and implementation of company-wide HR business processes, programs, and initiatives.
    • Ensures policies, procedures and practices comply with employment laws and align with company's strategic goals & objectives.
    • Serves as the “go-to” face of HR to employees and managers within assigned groups and primary liaison & single point of contact (funnel) to other key HR functions including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and recruiting.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -

    • 6+ years; experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
    • Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
    • Demonstrates project management and change management experience
    • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
    • Demonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusion work
    • Experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams
    • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
    • Experience helping global, technical organizations scale
