    SUMMARY: Powin's Global Logistics team is seeking an enthusiastic Logistics Financial Analyst to support the logistics team with financial planning, rate quoting, final mile support and logistics analysis. This position requires a unique combination of logistics transportation knowledge and FP&A experience and skills, including: domestic transportation and tracking, analysis, freight accounting, a passion for renewable energy, and the desire to grow and take on new tasks and responsibilities as Powin continues to scale. This position will work closely with Logistics, the Global operations team, Engineering, and Finance teams. JOB DETAILS: 

    • Development and reporting of freight forecast, variance analysis, and monthly KPIs to review against strategic operational key initiatives (project operations, product development and global services) related to logistics analysis for freight and duty
    • Support final mile delivery, trade fulfillment, freight accounting, quoting and insurance
    • Support product freight cost forecasting and project specific quoting to support project pricing models
    • Provide weekly freight forecasting to accounting for duty and freight payment
    • Monitor fundamental logistics global pricing indexes by analyzing information from financial publications and services, investment banking firms, government agencies, trade publications, company sources, or personal interviews.

    QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • College degree in Logistics and or Supply Chain Management with minor in Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or Business Administration or 5 – 7 years' work experience in lieu of a degree
    • 3-5 years' experience in Logistics or supply chain
    • Experience with freight spend analysis and freight accounting
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, Index/Match, some VBA, Data Visualization)
    • Experience with ERP/MRP (NetSuite ERP a plus)
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
    • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills including file structure support and assignment tracking
