We are currently looking for a proven leader with administrative experience to manage our growing medical practice. Our practice is undergoing significant growth and we are looking for the right candidate to grow with us. This is a fast paced clinical practice that travels to different locations. 3-5 years of medical administrative or managerial experience is required.
Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Ensure policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations
Establish and implement effective workplace procedures
Credential providers with various payors
Hire, train and monitor staff consisting of 35-45 members
Streamline standard operating procedures in clinic/front office
Supervise daily practice operations such as billing, front office and allergy clinic
Monitor inventory for medications and medical equipment
Interact with patients and address their complaints
Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews
Collaborate with Physicians to develop business strategies and patient services
Ensure clinic is OSHA and HIPAA compliant
Oversee all safety tasks
Schedule staffing and staff duties
Confirm all state and federal healthcare regulations are followed
Lead and motivate team confidently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills for talking with patients, healthcare providers and insurance companies
Travel is required
Verifiable leadership experience is required.
