We are seeking a brilliant, charismatic, and meticulously polished Practice Ambassador to become the face and voice of our practice.

The Role: As our Practice Ambassador, you are the first and last impression of the practice. This is a dynamic, high-visibility role perfect for someone who possesses effortless social intelligence, a passion for the luxury beauty/aesthetic industry, and a sharp eye for social media content. You will seamlessly balance luxury front-desk operations with brand storytelling.

What You’ll Do:

The Face of the Practice: Welcome patients with elite warmth and hospitality, managing the check-in/check-out experience flawlessly.

Practice Credentialing & Authority: Master the clinical nuances of our advanced treatments, technologies, and skincare lines to confidently educate patients, handle high-volume inquiries, and effortlessly build trust over the phone and in person.

Brand & Social Media Engagement: Partner with our marketing team to capture real-time, high-level social media content (behind-the-scenes, educational moments) that aligns with our chic, editorial aesthetic.

Operational Excellence: Manage phone lines with poise, coordinate patient scheduling, and maintain a pristine, luxury environment at the front house.
