We’re looking for a Practice Development Manager to lead client engagement, training, and territory growth for a cutting-edge medical aesthetics device company. This role blends consultative sales, account development, and clinical education — perfect for someone who thrives in the aesthetic medicine space.
What You’ll Do:
Drive sales and increase product utilization across your assigned territory.
Identify, develop, and grow partnerships with core physicians, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons.
Deliver in-clinic product trainings and demos using persuasive, professional communication.
Provide marketing guidance to clients (e.g., patient education, branding, events).
Collaborate on regional workshops and support presence at key industry trade shows.
Manage your territory with effective planning, forecasting, and Salesforce reporting.
Stay current on competitors, trends, and changes within the aesthetics field.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have 2–4 years of sales experience in the aesthetics, dermatology, or medical device space.
Are skilled at relationship-building with physicians and clinic decision-makers.
Know how to sell both capital equipment and consumables (a major plus).
Are a self-starter who thrives on independence, ownership, and client impact.
Excel at presentations, time management, and CRM usage.
Are comfortable traveling throughout your assigned region up to 50%.
Preferred Background:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or life sciences.
Prior experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery sales.
Knowledge of FDA/GMP compliance and experience in a regulated environment.
