    Are you passionate about helping dermatology and aesthetic practices grow through innovation? We’re looking for a Practice Development Manager to lead client engagement, training, and territory growth for a cutting-edge medical aesthetics device company. This role blends consultative sales, account development, and clinical education — perfect for someone who thrives in the aesthetic medicine space.

     What You’ll Do:

    • Drive sales and increase product utilization across your assigned territory.

    • Identify, develop, and grow partnerships with core physicians, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons.

    • Deliver in-clinic product trainings and demos using persuasive, professional communication.

    • Provide marketing guidance to clients (e.g., patient education, branding, events).

    • Collaborate on regional workshops and support presence at key industry trade shows.

    • Manage your territory with effective planning, forecasting, and Salesforce reporting.

    • Stay current on competitors, trends, and changes within the aesthetics field.

     You’re a Great Fit If You:

    • Have 2–4 years of sales experience in the aesthetics, dermatology, or medical device space.

    • Are skilled at relationship-building with physicians and clinic decision-makers.

    • Know how to sell both capital equipment and consumables (a major plus).

    • Are a self-starter who thrives on independence, ownership, and client impact.

    • Excel at presentations, time management, and CRM usage.

    • Are comfortable traveling throughout your assigned region up to 50%.

     Preferred Background:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or life sciences.

    • Prior experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery sales.

    • Knowledge of FDA/GMP compliance and experience in a regulated environment.
