We focus on systems that improve patient recovery and practice management. We do all of this while combating the Opioid Epidemic. We are located in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor, MI, and we are looking for a full-time Practice Experience Specialist. Hybrid work is available.

What You'll Do
Manage phone communication with the practice offices and the sales force throughout the day to ensure timely and effective responses
Utilize multiple databases to maintain accurate and up-to-date prescription documentation and patient records
Monitor and manage several email inboxes for various functions of work, ensuring all requests are addressed promptly and efficiently
Perform administrative tasks, including entering patient prescriptions accurately and promptly, ensuring all tasks are well executed
Provide exceptional customer service to customers (office staff and the sales force) in a helpful and professional manner
Establish and foster strong relationships with office staff, internal teams, and the external sales force to promote collaboration, improved processes, and trust.
Document information obtained by phone and emails to ensure clear and accurate records
Process all requests and prescriptions, including prescription entries, extension confirmation emails/faxes, incomplete prescriptions, and practice engagement communications—within 24 hours of receipt
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Allocate sufficient time to each task to maintain a high standard of efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the work
Demonstrate performance aligned with WRS guiding principles, including caring, collaboration, trustparency, and innovation
What You'll Bring
High School Diploma (or equivalent); college degree preferred
1+ year of experience in a medical setting preferred
A positive, customer-focused approach and strong work ethic
Must be analytical and solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities, superior follow-up skills, strong time management, and the ability to shift gears frequently throughout the day
Intermediate Outlook and typing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
