The role can reside in the Dallas, New York or Washington, DC office with hybrid capabilities. As the legal industry continues to evolve, the firm is investing in AI, automation, and next‑generation technologies to modernize how legal services are delivered and to enhance value for clients. The Coordinator will be an integral part of the Practice Technology & Innovation team, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and operational excellence.

Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
_The anticipated base salary range for this position in New York is $70,000 to $85,000.
The anticipated base salary range for this position in Washington, DC is $75,000 to $90,000.
The actual salary offered will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, years of relevant experience, certifications or other professional licenses held, job-related knowledge and skills, business needs, and the location from which the work will be performed. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package, which may also include a full range of health and other insurance benefits, financial and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility), a discretionary bonus, and various paid time off benefits. Required Experience
A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of experience or a technical degree and 1 year of experience. Powder Coat paint knowledge is a plus. The ability to read to read tape measures and efficiently operate all other required measuring devices is also required. Candidates best suited for this role will have a proven ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment. Basic ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is required for safety purposes.
