PMRG is seeking a Client Services Support to join our team! You will be responsible for helping our Client Service Staff by providing administrative, phone and client support to resolve issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle client inquiries
- Provide phone support
- Work closely with Client Service Staff to ensure client issues and concerns are resolved
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving procedures and service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
