Practice Overview
Our client is a well-established, full-service small animal hospital dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized veterinary care in a low-stress environment. Their team believes that exceptional medicine begins with strong relationships both with clients and among team members. They offer comprehensive medical services including wellness care, preventive medicine, surgery, dentistry, digital x-rays, in-house diagnostics, urgent care, acupuncture, and pet pharmacy. They also work closely with board-certified specialists to ensure patients have access to advanced treatment options when needed. What You’ll Be Working On
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
Spearhead the recruitment process and seamlessly facilitate the onboarding of new team members.
Step into the role of a mentor by driving team growth and development
Showcase your problem-solving skills by effectively addressing and resolving client concerns.
Collaborating with the team to streamline processes
Maintain a positive work environment with the team
Assisting in the growth and development of the hospital
Be up for the wild card, you never know what each day will bring!
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required, MBA and/or CVPM preferred
5+ years of experience managing a medical practice preferred
Prior experience managing a team of 15+ individuals preferred
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to navigate challenging conversations and group dynamics
Prior experience onboarding and recruiting
Ability to organize, prioritize, and direct work activities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Possess strong analytical skills with effective problem-solving strategies.
