Manage the daily operations of the practice including patient scheduling/registration, medical records, data entry, cash posting, daily bank deposit activity, office maintenance and computer systems.
Supervise and develop medical office personnel to ensure maximum efficiency in practice operations including staff selection, onboarding/training, scheduling, and other personnel related activities.
Ensure practice is providing the appropriate level of patient service including the resolution of patient concerns/issues.
Manage, implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Oversee compliance related activity.
Provide additional administrative support to the physicians through the completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Human Resources preferred.
4–7+ years of healthcare management experience, ideally in multi‑site outpatient setting preferred.
Strong understanding of clinic operations, scheduling systems, and revenue cycle processes.
Experience with HR functions such as hiring, coaching, and performance management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and general office software.
Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed.
