Do you have a proven track record in healthcare operations and a talent for creating a dynamic, engaged workforce? Celebrations Speech Group is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations across our Brentwood, Stockton, and Elk Grove clinics. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a personable, professional presence to ensure a positive experience for both staff and patients.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized, able to manage multiple time-sensitive demands, and comfortable working across all four locations to support our mission. This professional will combine strategic thinking with the ability to execute initiatives that keep operations running smoothly. You will be a reliable support to company operations, maintaining and improving procedures, communication, and safety, while fostering the collaborative, pleasant work environment our staff values.
Key Objectives
Ensure a welcoming, patient-centered experience at all clinics with full accessibility and warmth of character.
Maintain operational excellence by identifying and resolving issues proactively.
Implement and improve policies, procedures, and workflow; measure outcomes against standards.
Coordinate resources and manage vendor relationships.
Oversee office interactions, respond to inquiries, and maintain productivity and expense control.
Drive improvements in clinic productivity and revenue cycles.
Daily & Monthly Responsibilities
Maintain clinic efficiency, appearance, and organization.
Serve as primary point of contact for daily operations and keep senior leadership informed through reporting.
Support scheduling, events, correspondence, filing, and supply management.
Manage space planning, workstation changes, and infrastructure needs.
Supervise and coach office staff, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Address performance issues and provide guidance to improve outcomes.
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing to appropriate staff.
Develop and monitor budgets, track expenses, and approve purchases.
Recruit, interview, train, and onboard office staff in coordination with HR.
Report clinic performance to senior leadership and implement improvements.
Communicate policy updates and incentives to department leads.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public health, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2 years in a multi-faceted business office, preferably healthcare, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple demands.
Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare/business software.
Must be able to work on-site at all 4 of our clinic locations in Brentwood, Stockton, and Elk Grove.
