Colon Rectal Associates of Central New York is looking for an experienced and driven Practice Manager to lead operations at our established specialty medical practice in East Syracuse, NY. Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day administrative and clinical operations of the practice
Manage, mentor, and schedule front office and clinical support staff
Monitor billing, coding, and revenue cycle management to ensure financial performance
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and practice policies
Coordinate with physicians and clinical staff to optimize patient flow and satisfaction
Handle vendor relationships, supply procurement, and facility management
Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in medical practice management or healthcare administration
Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle processes
Experience managing staff in a clinical or specialty practice setting
Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and practice management software
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
