Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service and grow relationships for our patients and their families • Oversee all non-clinical tasks of the office • Doctor credentialing when necessary • Ensure compliance with administrative and HR duties • Have knowledge of dental insurance and codes • Verify insurance and prepare schedules • Maintain key holder responsibilities • Present treatment plans to provide the best care to patients and their families • Possesses proficiency in dental software preferably Open Dental • Implement marketing strategies including online social media presence Qualifications: • Must have at least 2 years of Dental Management experience • Knowledge of Dental Insurance submission • Previous experience with managing employees • Presenting treatment to patients and getting them scheduled • Flexible schedule to support the practice when needed Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 yearly
