As our Practice Manager, you will oversee daily operations, mentor our staff, and ensure we maintain our high standards of patient care and clinical profitability. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the location as our dedicated Practice Manager.

• Work directly with the upper management team to develop, update, and execute annual budgets and business plans.

• Monitor all aspects of the practice operations, providing clear advice, coaching, and assistance to store management and staff of 8.

• Promote operational efficiency to maximize the practice's profitability.

• Ensure key processes remain in place through regular staff evaluations and careful data analysis.

Qualifications

• Required experience in optical management.

• Thorough knowledge of the optical industry, spanning from high-end eyewear to lab production.

• Proven history of successful management in either a private or retail eye care practice.

• Customer-focused attitude with a hands-on approach to supporting both the team and patients.

• Excellent problem-solving and judgment skills, paired with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong ability to set and monitor the achievement of specific production goals.

• Deep commitment to the mentorship of your team to help them learn and develop professionally.
