****About the Role
Acting as a trusted advisor to partners and lawyers at all levels, the Practice Manager builds strong, individualized relationships, aligns staffing with business needs and career goals, and proactively identifies and addresses issues in a collaborative, high‑performing environment. The role also functions as a business‑focused chief of staff to the three practice groups, providing strategic support, issue spotting, and practical problem solving in close partnership with Practice Group Leaders, the Practice Management Director, and firm leadership.
Embedded within a nationally recognized, integrated regulatory, litigation, and enforcement practice, this highly visible position offers the opportunity to influence the growth and operations of an in‑demand regulatory practice. The role joins WilmerHale’s well‑established Practice Management team—known for its deep engagement with firm leadership, strong relationships with practice groups, and practical, solution‑oriented approach.
