    We’re growing fast and looking for the right person to help us scale. We are a boutique financial planning firm that works with successful business owners, executives, and families to align their personal and business finances with their long-term goals. We’re hiring a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and keep the firm running smoothly behind the scenes. This role will start part-time and grow into a full-time leadership position as we continue to expand. This has a Hybrid-optional component. You’ll work directly with the founding partners and be responsible for building out systems, managing key workflows, supporting client service, and helping the business run more efficiently. This is an ideal fit for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, business-minded environment and wants to be part of building something special. Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day firm operations and internal workflows • Coordinate client onboarding, meeting prep, follow-up, and service calendars • Maintain and improve our CRM, task tracking, and document systems • Support client service activities — paperwork, scheduling, communication, etc. • Handle advisor licensing and compliance documentation (with training) • Collaborate on internal projects, marketing support, and strategic initiatives • Act as liaison between our firm and key partners (CPAs, attorneys, carriers) Qualifications: • Strong project and people management skills • Preferred Experience in financial services, professional services, or business-minded teams • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using or learning CRM, task, and file management tools • Positive, team-first attitude with a builder’s mindset Compensation: $30,000 - $38,000 yearly
