    Responsibilities

    Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the medical office

    Supervise scheduling, front and back office workflows, and patient records management

    Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards

    Lead office staff, facilitate training, and support personnel development

    Manage billing, insurance verifications, and follow-up on claims

    Implement and streamline office procedures to optimize patient experience

    Handle patient questions and resolve concerns professionally

    Collaborate with clinical staff for coordinated patient care delivery

    Qualifications

    Previous experience in medical office management or healthcare administration

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, especially in a fast-paced environment

    Familiarity with medical office terminology and electronic medical records (EMR) systems

    Professional phone etiquette and appearance

    Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

    Fluent in English; Spanish fluency highly preferred

    Proven track record in staff leadership and workflow optimization
