As a digital marketing account manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies for our clients in order to get them as many new patients as possible. Every day we create powerful, all-in-one, results-based marketing for 530 physical therapy practices across the US and Canada. This is a very demanding job with constant challenges. You will manage a large caseload of clients who want results and need to see the ROI. To be considered you should be tough and able to communicate marketing strategies as an expert and live in, or around the Greater Richmond Virginia area or able to commute to in person meetings.

We are located in the Richmond, VA area with our team in and around Richmond, Chesterfield, and Henrico. We are rapidly growing and have experienced 267% growth over the last three years. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monthly and Quarterly video conference calls with 45-50 clients to discuss results and marketing strategies
Client education on marketing and marketing strategies, digital marketing software systems, and implementation of digital marketing in their private practice
Blogging and social posting for physical therapy practices across the US and Canada using content created by our copywriters and graphic design team
Wordpress website edits
Search engine optimization of each client's Wordpress websites to ensure more visibility and to drive many new patients into the client’s physical therapy practices.
Google analytics to optimize digital marketing
Creation of email marketing campaigns using email automation system
Working on clients reviews and reputation management systems
Organizing and managing a very high volume of work. This is a marketing agency with a very high volume of clients and marketing projects

Digital Account Managers handle digital marketing projects for physical therapy private practices to help them get more patients. We are metrics-based and track, monitor and work to improve our results managing up to 45-50 clients at one time.
Digital Account Managers work closely with clients to create digital marketing for their practices and are the liaison between our clients and all of their digital systems.
The Digital Account Managers at Practice Promotions work closely with the website front end developers, PPC Team, and also collaborate with our print team to help with all promotions needed to market physical therapy private practices.
Projects include monthly SEO work, digital analytics, website chat features, listings, reputation management systems, blogs, email newsletters, social media posting, client training, and customer service
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must be enthusiastic about helping others.
Must have a passion for business marketing and helping businesses grow.
Must be focused on setting and achieving high goals
Must be able to manage a very high volume of work
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and able to communicate openly with team and customers
Google Analytics Certifications preferred
Must be looking for a long term career home where you plan to stay a minimum of three years
Customer service skills required
Must be able to organize and complete tasks that meet deadlines
Must be able to work diligently on your own without distractions, as well as collaborating with a team to discuss ideas and project plans.
Must be super tech savvy. We have the latest technology and you need to use it daily.
Practice Promotions works remotely and has for the entire 11-year history of our company. We are building a team in the Richmond area so we can get together at the drop of a hat for in person collaboration, training, and team building at a local conference center. We are not considering candidates who cannot easily drive to the Richmond/Midlothian, VA area for in person meetings. Practice Promotions will only consider applications for those who live in or around the greater Richmond, VA area or are planning to relocate to the area in the near future.
