PRACTICE PROMOTIONS IS A MARKETING AGENCY SPECIALIZING IN HELPING PHYSICAL THERAPY PRIVATE PRACTICES MARKET AND GROW THEIR BUSINESSES SO THEY ARE ABLE TO HELP MORE PEOPLE GET WELL AND IMPROVE THEIR LIVES WITH PHYSICAL THERAPY. WE ARE LOCATED IN THE RICHMOND, VA AREA WITH OUR TEAM IN AND AROUND RICHMOND, CHESTERFIELD, AND HENRICO. WE ARE RAPIDLY GROWING AND HAVE EXPERIENCED 267% GROWTH OVER THE LAST THREE YEARS. WE CURRENTLY HAVE 51 TEAM MEMBERS AND TO HELP US CONTINUE OUR EXPANSION WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR A GREAT AND SERVICE ORIENTED WEBSITE FRONT-END DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT INTERN TO JOIN OUR WEBSITE TEAM. If so, we are looking for you to possibly join our team of online “marketing rockstars'' who are really helping physical therapy businesses across the United States and Canada. *Responsibilities:

• Interns will be working as part of our website teams, creating websites that get results.

• Creating sitemaps for Wordpress websites

• Working with images and content for Wordpress websites

• Learn and complete SEO activities to improve the ranking of sites

• Working alongside our in-house front end website designers and developers with the opportunity to learn from experienced experts in the field.

• Daily communication with our graphic designers and copywriters, working collaboratively.

• Collaborating with teammates to meet the needs of clients.

• Completing training on SEO, website creation, design, and development

• Brainstorming creative ideas to help produce unique, high-quality websites for clients.

• Analyzing the result of our work and making adjustments to optimize performance of websites

• Participating in cross departmental meetings for collaboration, and much more.

• Working from your remote location with close communication and mentoring via video conferencing, screen sharing, internet based project management software, email, and more.

Skills required:

• Must be enthusiastic about helping others.

• Must have a passion for business marketing and helping businesses grow.

• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Graphic Design skills preferred but not required

• Customer service skills preferred but not required

• Must be able to organize and complete tasks that meet deadlines

• Must have experience using Google Docs, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office.

• Must be able to work diligently on your own without distractions, as well as collaborating with a team to discuss ideas and project plans.

• Degree-seeking student in the fields of Website Design and Development, Communications, or Marketing preferred.

Practice Promotions works remotely and has for the entire 10 year history of our company. We are building a team in the Richmond area so we can get together at the drop of a hat for in person collaboration, training, and team building at a local conference center. We are not considering candidates who can not easily drive to the Richmond/Midlothian, VA area for in person meetings once Covid clears. Only apply if you already live in or around great Richmond, VA or are planning to relocate to the area in the near future. This is not a position for someone living in CA, TX, or other wonderful far away places.
