    Position Overview
    We are seeking an experienced Practice Sales Broker to lead and manage dental practice sale transactions from start to finish. This role requires strong industry insight, client advisory skills, and the ability to independently drive practice sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have dental industry experience and be comfortable working autonomously in the Detroit, Michigan area.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and source dental practice sale opportunities.

    • Conduct valuation analysis and market assessments.

    • Lead negotiations and prepare practice sale agreements.

    • Manage the full transaction lifecycle, including due diligence and closing coordination.

    • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and professional advisors (attorneys, accountants, etc.).

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.

    • Provide strategic guidance and counsel to clients on market trends and sale structures.

    • Prepare and manage documentation, client reporting, and deal records.

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record in dental practice sales, practice brokerage, or related healthcare transaction experience.

    • Strong negotiation and client advisory skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple transactions independently.

    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

    • Familiarity with dental practice financials and valuation methodologies.

    • Must be located in Detroit, Michigan or willing to relocate.

    • Broker license preferred but not required if experience is substantial.
