Hiring Immediately: Practice Support Specialist – Multi-Site Dental Organization
We are seeking a hands-on, operationally focused Go-Live Support Specialist with direct experience in dental practice management software to support multi-site dental offices during Dental Practice Management System (DPMS) conversions.
This role is focused on on-site go-live execution, workflow stabilization, and user adoption. Dental Practice Management Software experience is required.
What You’ll Own
• Support front desk and clinical teams during system cutover to ensure continuity of patient care and revenue cycle operations
• Guide clinic staff in executing clerical and clinical workflows correctly within Denticon, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, CareStack, or similar systems.
• Serve as first-line support for workflow, data, or system issues; resolve where possible and escalate risks to the implementation team
• Assist practices in validating patient records, appointments, insurance, clinical notes, and imaging access following migration
• Monitor scheduling, check-in/out, charge entry, payment posting, and claims workflows to reduce financial disruption
• Track unresolved defects, workflow gaps, and adoption challenges, and provide structured feedback to the implementation team
• Support user confidence and adoption through hands-on guidance aligned with real patient workflows.
What We’re Looking For
• Required: Direct IT experience within a DSO or multi-site dental organization
• Required: Hands-on administration of Dental Practice Management Software (Denticon, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, CareStack, etc.)
• Strong understanding of dental front office and clinical workflows
• Experience supporting go-live or system stabilization efforts
• Strong documentation and communication skills for structured issue escalation
