RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support for dental software via phone, email, remote access and live chat.
- Assess and troubleshoot technical and performance issues in our Windows-based applications.
- Train new clients and demo our dental software products.
- Quality test and provide feedback on new versions of dental software.
- Promote our products while providing technical support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years’ experience in SOFTWARE SUPPORT.
- SaaS, Dental Industry or EHR/EMR experience is a plus, but not required.
- Great communication skills--clearly explain technical details via phone and email.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Highly organized to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail.
