    Job Description

    Support and train DENTISTS on our industry-leading PRACTICE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE. Join a friendly team with PERSONAL GROWTH at a STABLE COMPANY! This is a REMOTE position. www.practice-web.com.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide technical support for dental software via phone, email, remote access and live chat.
    • Assess and troubleshoot technical and performance issues in our Windows-based applications.
    • Train new clients and demo our dental software products.
    • Quality test and provide feedback on new versions of dental software.
    • Promote our products while providing technical support.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2-5 years’ experience in SOFTWARE SUPPORT.
    • SaaS, Dental Industry or EHR/EMR experience is a plus, but not required.
    • Great communication skills--clearly explain technical details via phone and email.
    • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
    • Highly organized to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail.
