We are looking to hire an experienced FULL STACK SOFTWARE DEVELOPER to tutor our students across our Software Engineering Bootcamp and help them successfully become professionals in the SE field. WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A TUTOR?

As a tutor you will lead a cohort of students with no previous experience in the tech industry through a 10-month program while sharing your experience and inspiring them with your industry knowledge.

You'll help students both by answering questions, and by giving them practical advice in the following forms:

• Video webinars (once-twice a week);
• Live-coding sessions (1 live session for each sprint);
• Answer student questions about projects;
• Sometimes sharing a video, documentation, or stack overflow post;
• Digital office hours;
• Commit to 3 hr max SLA of answering students questions;
• Helping students in Slack on a daily basic, weekends included. And most importantly, you'll be someone that your students will look up to!

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• 3+ years of work experience as a full stack web developer;
• Able to commit to a 10 hour a week schedule (hours are very flexible);
• You should be an expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, React, Webpack, Express.js - Node.js is a big plus!
• 2+ years working experience in the US tech industry;
• You're an exceptional candidate if you also have teaching or tutoring experience!
