    Job Description

    Practina is an artificial intelligence-based system that automatically creates, schedules, and publishes social media posts for businesses. Practina takes out all the hassle and confusion of social media and will automatically post quality customizable content to all social media platforms at the same time.

    DUTIES:

    • Build a strong rapport with customers and manage their relationships with Practina through the entire client journey, from initial kickoff through follow-ups and training.

    • Be the customers’ go-to person! Provide customers with a superior level of service through multiple support channels

    • Understand the client’s business needs and objectives, and ensure alignment to the Practina solution

    • Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call

    • Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company

    • Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes

    • Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input

    • Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated

    • Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

    • Conduct on-boarding and introductory training sessions

    • Establish and maintain a strong network of relationships with key client contacts, sales team members, and internal departments

    THE PERFECT ACCOUNT MANAGER:

    We are looking for a strong, customer support-oriented individual with experience in professional services or fee-for-service businesses.

    • You have 3+ years of experience in training and customer support and retention.

    • You exercise sound judgment in business decisions and negotiation while demonstrating effective and professional customer service

    • You have exceptional organization and time management skills that couple well with your written and communication skills

    • You can do light technical problem solving, engage in consultative dialogue with clients

    • You desire to do meaningful work alongside bright, engaged people and work within a collaborative team

    • You are flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced, start-up company environment

    • You want to shine and showcase your unique skill-set for potential advancement and recognition
