Qualifications
- A current MN license as an APRN with prescriptive authority and ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification with the State of Minnesota
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Across the Lifespan) and board certified through the ANCC
- Priority given to applicants who have a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree
- Previous experience as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner is preferred
- Interest and ability to work within our clinical model and therapeutic approach, while also working independently within a partner primary or specialty clinic setting.
- Ability to clearly summarize pertinent clinical information via written correspondence and medical record documentation
- Strong skills in case management, time management and both written and verbal communication
- Ability to comply with HIPAA regulations
- Ability to maintain required malpractice insurance
- Oriented and educated in gender, culture and age-appropriate care
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook
