The ideal candidate will be very familiar with PragerU's content and platforms, able to create static and/or motion graphics and reformat content for those platforms. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

HANDS-ON DESIGN

• Prepare conceptual and publish-ready motion content for web, app, social media, and email 
• Highly-skilled Motion graphics experience required 
• Develop motion graphics for social media marketing & other web placements
• Develop motion graphics for production teams on feature releases
• Develop Motion Graphic Templates (MoGrT) for use by non-design teams
• Experience with Figma for Web and App development is a plus, but not a requirement
• Work at a fast pace, and be able to work well individually and as part of a team

RESEARCH AND CONCEPTUALIZING

• Monitor design work and research new/successful design trends for opportunities to improve PragerU content   
• Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for projects

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS: 

• Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro - required
• Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Manage time effectively, ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully, quality control is key

SALARY RANGE: The salary target for this role is $52,000 - $75,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.__
