    LOCATION: Los Angeles, California

    PragerU is proud to announce the launch of PragerUKids. This is a newer program in our organization dedicated to bringing parents the resources, support, and tools to teach children about America's blessings and limitless opportunities.  

    With a focus on kids content, the right candidate will have a mind to help conceive, grow and produce our Kids content line in-house at our Los Angeles HQ. This individual needs to be an all-around production expert, capable of taking on multiple projects, and working with the PragerU team to produce content that educates youth viewers from K-12 while managing a creative team. 

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Spearhead day-to-day production logistics for PragerU Kids content 
    • Lead production of video shoots, organizing & providing pre-production logistics, managing on set during filmings, and sending post-filming follow-up/release updates.
    • Be a point person for vendors. Build relationships, kick off projects, communicate schedules, hold all parties accountable, and anticipate problems or delays.
    • Perform content reviews and manage creative feedback. Loop in appropriate Executive team members for feedback and sign-off as needed. Anticipate needs, timelines, and delays, and formulate solutions when problems arise.
    • Develop an understanding of brand guidelines and maintain quality control standards.
    • Utilize and keep up-to-date company-wide databases for project tracking and information distribution.
    • Manage creatives on team for production (animators/editors/camera)
    • Make sure production output fits content pipeline as planned

     REQUIREMENTS: 

    • 3-5+ years experience in a Production-based role
    • An established understanding of video production processes, terminology, and personnel.
    • A true team player, proactive, helpful, honest, and calm under pressure. This is a no-ego environment where no task is too small.
    • Flexible and able to “roll with the punches” within an ever-changing game plan, and able to problem-solve on the fly.
    • Top-notch organizational and time management skills
    • Passion for our mission and vision, ESPECIALLY PragerU Kids' content
