    Job Summary We are looking for a professional Real Estate Executive Assistant to assist in guiding our clients through the sales process and make our Broker as efficient as possible. You would be working with Baehr Inc. Baehr Inc has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. We have helps thousands of residential and commercial clients obtain their real estate goals. Our 'outside the box' thinking as well as experience with some of the most intricate deals, make for an ever changing, exciting and fun work environment.

    As a successful Real Estate Assistant, your responsibilities will include reviewing and outlining the terms and conditions of each transaction, identifying potential challenges and their solutions, and ensuring that transactions go as smoothly as possible and marketing for real estate listings/leases. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work with an established producer in multiple markets.

    Responsibilities

    Marketing experience is a plus, as this will be a large part of the position. Knowing what reads well, looks good and provides a call to action and them implementing into marking material, distribution and follow up.

    Assisting with general office duties for not only this company, but for the other owner companies in the building is going to be a regular part of this position. This includes assisting with all office meetings, taking notes and distributing as well as understanding the process and flow of who should get information.

    Work with lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and escrow agents to facilitate the transaction

    Create comparative market analyses (CMAs) to estimate properties’ value

    Show properties and hold open houses, when appropriate

    Prepare contracts and other necessary paperwork associated, while understanding contracts and utilizing checklists

    Understanding of deadlines; how to outline said deadlines in chronological order and then file and follow up on said deadlines.

    Understanding of calendar additions, invitations as well as conference calls and zoom style meeting set up. A lot of which is done via Google Suite.

    General and basic follow up; improvising from a generic script or having a basic understanding of desired goal for calls/emails and obtaining goal in a positive manner.

    Qualifications

    Current real estate license or willingness to obtain

    Work experience in real estate or property management

    Strong computer and communication skills

    Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google and customer management software

    Real estate related experience, sales experience and understanding of basic sales/transaction flow is certainly a plus. Knowing this or having a strong desire to learn it also works.
