Job Description

PRAMIRA – CAD DRAFTER (MID-LEVEL):

This position will work closely with senior design engineers and project managers to develop drawings for wireless telecommunication sites. In this role, you will use CAD to prepare lease exhibits, zoning drawings, and construction drawings for telecom/wireless sites and make changes to projects in accordance with client requirements, code requirements, standards, and site demands. You will be expected to work within the team to produce complete sets of construction documents for projects and will receive tasks assignments from the Project Manager.

Qualifications

-          Position requires a good working knowledge of current AutoCAD program, Model & Paper space, dynamic blocks etc.

-          Must have understanding of wireless site facilities development

-          Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Telecom AutoCAD drafting

-          Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings, site plans, electrical diagrams, tower elevations, aerials, surveys, antenna and coax details

-          Prepare layouts and drawings according to established design, as-builts, photos, and site-specific documentation

-          Working knowledge of construction processes and methods

-          Document and save project work per established guidelines to ensure integrity of file management and quality of production

-          Proficient in MS software including Office Suite and Excel

-          Strong organizational skills, positive attitude and an ability to learn quickly

-          A focus on task assignments and working efficiently to meet production goals

-          Excellent written and verbal skills

-          Strong attention to detail required

-          Direct experience in the planning, design, and permitting of telecommunications projects is a plus but not required.
