Qualifications
- The successful candidate must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship required.
- Must have strong structural telecom background including working knowledge of a variety of computer programs, including but not limited to: MS Office, AutoCAD, LPILE, RISA3D, Caisson, tnxTower, Visual Analysis, and AllPile
- Should have extensive experience with tower/mount structural analysis, tower/mount modifications, rooftop/building structural for wireless installations
- Must have extensive experience with wireless carriers and tower owners
- At least six years of wireless telecommunications experience preferred
- At least four years of progressive Project Management experience is preferred
- Experience working in and leading multi-disciplinary teams required
- Candidate with established client relationships preferred
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills is required
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
- Active participation in fostering a work environment that is based upon openness, trust, communication, teamwork, innovation and satisfaction
- Must be able to work with internal teams to achieve company goals
- Must have all credentials required to operate in California
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
- LICENSED AS A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER (P.E.)
- Employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to lift or move up to 25 pounds
- Position requires working in a professional office atmosphere
