    The General Manager of Construction Operations – California: Pramira is looking for a well-seasoned, thought leader for the execution of construction services including macro sites, small cells, site hardening, decommissioning and other projects. in the market or region. The General Manager will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, profitability, the attraction of new customers, and business and process improvements for our construction division. This role will be based out of our Corona, California Warehouse.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·         Manage and drive a portfolio of Construction Projects with major wireless carriers, OEMs and service providers.

    ·         Responsible for all aspects of construction and oversight of multiple tower crews, subcontractors, and general contractors, including safety, installation, upgrades, removals, reconfigurations, testing and quality.

    ·         Expert knowledge of Sweep and PIM testing, site audits, Close Out Package development is required.

    ·         Develop new business opportunities with new and existing clients working in tandem with our west regional VP.

    ·         Support responses to RFPs and RFQs with substantive responses and pricing support.

    ·         Ensure projects are bid and executed profitably to Direct and Gross Margin targets.

    ·         Understand the drivers and levers of an outstanding P&L, including closing out work rapidly.

    ·         Develop and coach a team of Superintendents, and Foreman.

    ·         Implement detailed training programs for best practices for Construction management and execution.

    ·         Knowledge of wireless technology, processes and OSHA and NATE regulations is a must.

    ·         Technologies include but not limited to 4G, 5G, small cells, and fiber networks and in-building solutions.

    ·         Responsible for safety, quality, timelines, and financial expectations are met for each crew.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ·         Minimum of ten years of wireless telecommunications experience is required.

    ·         Leadership experience in the tower industry required.

    ·         Technical understanding of the tower industry

    ·         Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

    ·         High level of organization and scheduling abilities

    ·         Experience managing and reporting on financial status and P&L for the market.

    ·         Microsoft Excel Proficiency.

    ·         Ability to interact with all levels of leadership.

    ·         Some travel required
