3 years telecom experience required with climb certification card

SUMMARY: The Tower Foreman must have an expert level of understanding with all aspects of the Wireless Industry. The person in this position will be expected to maintain production and lead by example. Working with field management to develop SOW for individual sites. This person is responsible for quality control and will identify Work Authorizations and Out of Scope work.  This person will be responsible for following all safety rules in the Handbook OSHA Chapter 36 of the IIPP. File all EHS documentation. This person will work with construction leadership to establish achievable build schedules. Field 70% Office 30%

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full knowledge and Understanding of:

·       Understand full quality and safety procedures.

·       management of team in day to day operations.

·       Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously Accurately complete detailed forms and reports. Calculate figures and amounts. Expert in reading CD’s/ RFDS etc.

·       Expert level of knowledge with testing equipment Anritsu, Fiber tester, PIM, RET etc.

·       Expert in FULL COP process including photos, forms, etc.

·       Foreman will be responsible for COP deliverables to the COP team.

·       All crew tools equipment and vehicles are expected to be cared for as part of a daily process.

·       Submit all required daily and weekly paperwork.( Weekly safety tailgate meetings, Tool and Equipment conditions and maintenance. Vehicle care and maintenance )

·       Capstan operations, Crane/signaling, Rigging, Steal work (hanging boom, antenna etc.) and shoot azimuths.(Front, Back and Side) Bucket Truck/Over

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.

·        Tower/Rescue

·        First Aid/BBP @ CP

·        IIPP / OSHA 30

·        PPE use and requirements

·        Lock out Tag out

·        RF Awareness
