Responsibilities: • Suitable coverage options. • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current insurance policies and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement. • Present and explain insurance policy options, terms, and conditions to clients, ensuring they understand the coverage details. • Process insurance policy applications, collect the necessary documentation, and liaise with underwriters to facilitate policy issuance. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, policy details, and documentation in our database. • Stay informed about industry trends, new insurance products, and changes in regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or similar role, with a focus on property and casualty insurance. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. • Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and achieve targets. • Sound knowledge of insurance policies, terms, and conditions, particularly in the property and casualty segment. • Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance procedures. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and remotely. • Proficient in using insurance agency management systems and software. • A valid insurance license in the state(s) where the business will be conducted. Compensation: $79,500 - $89,500 yearly
