    Job Description

    • Retrieve and attach supporting documentation to electronic claim files.

    • Maintain inventory documents used to request and track flow of documents from clients.

    • Prepare/mail notice of lien packages on claims identified by Investigators

    • General Administrative Support for Investigators and Attorneys.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or anticipated graduation within 12 months

    • Self-Motivated- Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Strong Work Ethic- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

    • Attention to detail

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office- Flexibility and adaptability

    • Assertive and persistent

    • Prior office experience a plus
