    • Is sharp, polished, and highly organized—with a calm, professional presence

    Key Responsibilities

    • Translate ownership’s vision into early-stage execution plans
    • Coordinate and lead design teams: architects, engineers, and consultants
    • Own bidding, early estimating, value engineering, and budgets
    • Schedule and run development meetings; manage follow-ups and accountability
    • Set up contracts, insurance, and project documentation
    • Coordinate handoff to construction and internal payables team
    • Maintain clear project timelines, communication logs, and task tracking

    Qualifications

    • 5–10 years in real estate development, pre-construction, or design management
    • Strong understanding of building plans, architectural drawings, and development process
    • Experience coordinating with external partners (AEC professionals, consultants, etc.)
    • Strong communication, documentation, and execution skills
    • Polished, articulate, and confident in meetings and follow-ups

    Must-Haves

    • Experience managing pre-construction or design coordination
    • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
    • Proven success organizing project stakeholders, vendors, and timelines
    • Calm, organized execution under pressure
    • Full-time availability in-office

    Benefits

    • Competitive compensation with performance upside
    • High-visibility role with ownership exposure
    • Opportunity to shape iconic projects from the ground up
    • Fast-moving, no-red-tape environment
    • Strong potential for long-term growth

If you're an execution-oriented development pro who thrives in the early stages of major projects—we want to meet you. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with ownership and shape the foundation of landmark NYC developments.
