About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to Pre-K students.

Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that promotes learning.

Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Encourage social and emotional development through interactive activities.

Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's growth.

Utilize age-appropriate educational resources and technology.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting.

Requirements:

Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education.

Experience working with young children in an educational setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Passion for teaching and dedication to student success.

Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.

First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain.
