About the Role:

Kids 'R' Kids Keller is looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Keller, TX! Responsibilities:

Prepare and implement engaging, age-appropriate Pre-K curriculum aligned with early childhood education standards

Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages learning and growth

Observe and document student progress, development milestones, and behavioral observations

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities

Implement hands-on learning activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development

Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment

Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support school-wide goals and initiatives

Requirements:

Minimum is high school diploma, CDA or Bachelor's Degree preferred

Prior lead teacher experience or working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups

Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices

Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for working with young children
