What You'll Do:

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

Guide and inspire a classroom of young learners through hands-on activities and engaging lesson plans

Create a safe, clean, and nurturing environment where children feel free to be themselves

Partner with families through regular communication, conferences, and developmental updates

Collaborate with leadership to plan enriching learning experiences and track student progress

Support and uphold all safety and licensing standards

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous experience in a licensed early childhood program

Understands the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children

Holds a 2-year degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Meets local childcare regulatory agency requirements

Can lift up to 35 lbs. to ensure child safety and respond to emergency needs
