    Key Responsibilities

    Deliver High-Impact Learning: Bring our curriculum to life with engaging, inquiry-based Pre-K lessons tailored to early learning standards.

    Nurture Whole-Child Growth: Integrate social-emotional learning strategies to build confidence, independence, and kindergarten readiness.

    Manage & Design: Maintain a structured, vibrant, and safe classroom environment aligned with Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP).

    Partner with Families: Serve as a trusted advisor to parents, sharing clear, regular updates on student milestones and daily wins.

    Elevate School Culture: Collaborate with peers and leadership to foster a warm, professional, and supportive school community.

    Qualifications

    Experience: At least 2 years of proven success leading a Pre-K or Early Childhood classroom.

    Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or a related field preferred.

    Expertise: Deep knowledge of DAP, classroom management, and child development.

    Requirements: NC Childcare Background Clearance and CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
