About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development.
Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for all students.
Assess and monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through interactive activities.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom experiences.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning and exploration.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Birth to Kindergarten or Early Childhood Education or related field.
Ability to use the computer, Word, Create Newletters, write short parent communication letters, create flyers, and adjust positively.
Valid teaching license or certification for Pre-Kindergarten education preferred
Willing to go back to school if needed. Complete ongoing training.
Three or more years of experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
Passion for early childhood education and child development.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities.
Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the children and the classroom environment.
Background check clearance and CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
