The commercial side rewards preparation, consistency, and strong communication. This track is about learning early, building awareness, and gaining context so you are not figuring everything out after licensing while earning rewarding commissions. You will spend time around experienced commercial professionals who focus on real conversations, market behavior, and disciplined execution. While completing licensing requirements, you will learn how outreach works, how properties are evaluated at a basic level, how investor conversations are handled, and how deals typically come together. The goal is familiarity and confidence, not theory. This is an in-person environment designed to build momentum before you are officially licensed. You will gain clarity, reduce the learning curve, and be better positioned to step into active production once licensing is complete.
