Responsibilities: • Complete the required pre-licensing courses • Attend team-led real estate trainings and workshops • Learn scripts, sales techniques, and lead follow-up systems • Build and organize your client database • Participate in team meetings and agent shadowing (as permitted) • Begin completing non-licensed tasks to prepare for your transition • Stay consistent with communication and training assignments Qualifications: • 18 years of age or older • High school diploma required; college preferred • Sales or customer service experience a plus • Strong communication and organization skills • Committed to earning a real estate license • Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented • Interest in earning income in a commission-based industry Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 at plan commissions
