DAWS Mental Health Counseling is looking for a passionate and driven Pre-Licensed Clinician to join our growing team in Selbyville, DE. Responsibilities:

Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy services under clinical supervision

Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency standards

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care

Participate in regular clinical supervision toward licensure requirements

Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support client progress

Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical guidelines, and state licensing board requirements

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field

Eligible for or currently holding a pre-licensure credential in the state of Delaware (e.g., ASSOCIATE or LAMHC equivalent)

Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills

Ability to work independently while thriving under clinical supervision

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compassionate, client-centered approach to mental health care

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred
