    FT - MA Level Therapist needed in our Manchester office (32 hours/week - 2 days in office, 2 days remote) Blue Lotus Wellness, LLC is seeking to fill a Full-Time MA-level Pre-Licensed Clinical Therapist position to join our practice in our Manchester location in a hybrid role. This position is available to start immediately. Join a compassionate team dedicated to providing exceptional care using both traditional counseling and diverse healing modalities such as Ketamine Assisted Therapy, EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, Hypnosis, Expressive Arts, Dance Movement, Yoga, Reiki, Hypnosis, and Mindfulness. We also offer wellness retreats, both locally and internationally. Ideal candidate would be knowledgeable in trauma-based work and be open to working with couples (but not required). Ideal candidates will possess strong psychotherapy skills, strong computer skills, a desire for clinical growth, and a passion for alternative healing and wellness. Responsibilities: • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients • Develop personalized treatment plans • Administer customized therapy treatments incorporating a mix of traditional and alternative healing methods to support clients in achieving treatment goals • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams • Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of mental health counseling to enhance client outcomes • Complete documentation within 48 hours of service • Provide crisis intervention support when necessary • Participate in off-site retreats, workshops, and groups if desired Qualifications: • Master's Degree in Counseling or related mental health required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong computer literacy skills • Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions • Ability to work with diverse populations in a compassionate and empathetic manner • Maintaining your own Psychology Today profile • Own laptop and cell Compensation: $60,000 yearly
